By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to the policies outlined below. Please read them carefully before submitting a quote request, purchasing products, or booking an appointment.
1. Service Appointments & Deposits
To schedule a custom installation or fabrication project, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your spot and reserve any special-order parts. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in additional fees.
2. Product Warranty & Returns
All products sold by Stereo Steve’s include the manufacturer’s original warranty. We honor manufacturer policies for returns or exchanges on defective items but do not offer refunds on installed or opened items unless defective.
3. Labor Guarantee
Our labor is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. If you experience any issues with your installation related to how it was performed, we’ll inspect and correct it at no charge. Warranty does not cover user damage or tampering by third parties.
4. Website Usage
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Stereo Steve’s and may not be reproduced without written permission. Any misuse of our website or false appointment submissions may result in denied service.
